Flux Cored Welding Wire E70T-5

Introduction: E70T-5 is a kind of gas-shielded flux-cored welding wire for low-carbon steel and 490MPa high strength steel. It is a kind of calcium oxide-calcium fluoride type CO2 gas-shielded flux-cored welding wire. It has excellent welding performance, stable arc, good slag detachability, beautiful appearance of weld and high welding efficiency. Suitable for down hand welding and flat fillet welding. Weave bead welding can be applied to improve productivity. The weld metal has been given toughening treatment by microelements, so it has excellent low temperature toughness above -30ºC and good crack-resistance.

Application: 
Used for welding carbon steel and low-alloy structural steel with tensile strength higher than or equal to 490MPa. Used for welding some key structures like shipbuilding, vehicles, mechanical manufacture, pressure vessels, petrochemical machinery, hoisting machinery, etc.

Notice:
1.The oil stains and rust on the weldments should be cleared away.
2.When welding, the gas flow rate is generally 20~25L/min.
3.When welding with flux-cored welding wires,the extension elongation should be 15~25mm.
4.It is not suitable for non-vacuum-packed welding wires to be stored for more than half a year, and it is   not suitable for vacuum-packed welding wires to be stored for more than a year
