Description
AWS ER100S-G solid welding wire is a kind of high tensile strengh welding wire, also called mag/mig welding wire which is matched with CO2 gas or Arc gas in welding. It has strong resistance to surface scales and oil stains on the base metal. It has low blowhole sensitivity.
Application: For welding of heavy structures made by 690MPa or 720MPa grade high tensile low alloy steels, such as hidro-projects and thermal powder projects, petroleum & chemical projects, heavy engineering machines as well as heavy trucks. Preheating temperature and interpass temperature should be between 60º C-150º C and the weld piece should be tempered at 310º C not shorter than 2 hours after welding.
Packing: 5kg/10kg/15kg/20kg/spool in carton, 250kg/ drum, 21.6MT -25.2MT per 1X20" FCL.
