Product Description

Description :
Welding Flux SJ604 is a type of fluorine and alkali based high alkaline agglomerated flux, gray white spherical grains in appearance. Its grain size is 2.0-0.45mm (10-40 meshes). With excellent technical properties and stable burning arc, the flux provides very good weld bead appearance and excellent slag removal. Additional Feathers are high degree of purity and good low temperature impact toughness performance towards weld bead metals.

Applications:
Flux for welding of fine grain low-temperature steels and high strength steels such as low-temperature pressure vessels, storage tanks, oil and gas pipelines and ocean projects applications combined with appropriate SAW wires.
