Introduction: E71T-1 is a kind of gas-shielded flux-cored welding wire for low-carbon steel and 490MPa high strength steel. It is a kind of titania type CO2 gas-shielded flux-cored welding wire. It has excellent welding performance, soft and stable arc, few spatters, good slag detachability and beautiful appearance of weld. Suitable for down hand welding and horizontal welding. All-position welding. It has high welding efficiency. The weld metal has been given toughening treatment by microelements, so it has excellent low temperature toughness, good crack-resistance and stable and reliable inherent quality.

Application: It is widely used in structures fabricated by mild steel or 490MPa grade high tensile steels, such as ships,pressure vessels,machineries,bridges,etc.
