Introduction:
AWS ENiFe-C1 is a kind of cast iron electrode with Ni-Fe alloy core wire and strong reducibility graphite type  coating.It has some characteristics like high strength,good plasticity,low coefficient of linear expansion, etc.The iron content is higher than that of AWS ENi-C1.It is also effective for cast iron with high phosphorus content (0.2%).The machinability is a little worse than that of AWS ENi-C1 and AWS ENiCu-C1, Used for welding gray cast iron and spheroidal graphite cast iron under normal temperature or preheated a little (to about 200ºC).AC/DC.




Application:
Suitable for repair welding on key high strength gray cast iron and spheroidal graphite cast iron,such as cylinders, engine bearers, gears,rollers,etc.


Instruction:
The electrodes must be baked under about 150ºC for an hour before welding.
