Description:
AWS E308-16 is a lime-titanium type welding rod for general staniless steels with all postion. Wildely be used for welding of corrosion-resistant 0Cr18Ni9, 0Cr18Ni9Ti,0Cr19Ni9 and 0Cr19Ni11Ti stainless steel structures , which working temperature is below 300ºC.The weld metal has excellent mechanical properties and intercrystalline corrosion-resistance. It has excellent welding performance and blowhole-resistance. The coating is red-resistant and crack-resistant. AC/DC.
Application:
For welding of corrosion-resistant 0Cr18Ni9, 0Cr18Ni9Ti,0Cr19Ni9 and 0Cr19Ni11Ti stainless steel structures , which working temperature is below 300ºC
Instruction:
Before welding the rod should be baked at the temperauture from  300ºC to 350ºC for 1 hour.Should use small current and short arc,and swaying board less than 2.5 times of diameter the core rod is better.
