Belongs to the copper low alloy steel gas shielded welding wire, using CO2 welding or rich argon as
shielding gas. With excellent welding performance, arc burning stability, less spatter and weld molding
beauty, weld metal porosity sensitivity is small, all position welding process is good, can be suitable for a
wide range of welding current. Application: suitable for carbon steel and 500 Mpa grade single channel
and multi-channel welding of low alloy steel (such as vehicles, Bridges, buildings, the mechanical structure
of welding), can also be used for thin plate, pipe of high speed welding
Characteristic:
The fluxed wire is a titanic type flux cored welding wire. It is shielded by CO2 gas, can be used for
welding of low carbon steel and 490 Mpa high tensile strength steel.
Excellent welding performance. Arc stabilizer is added in the core flux, it gives soft and stable arc, fewer
spatter, easy feeding and your gun will not be blocked even if continuous welding operation, so you can
improve the efficiency. Lower fume protect the workers and reduce their complaints. Good slag
detachability, beautiful welds appearance, all position welding. DCEP (DC+).
To use the flux cored wire, easier operation to get qualified weld bead, workers can easily master the
welding of the flux cored wire, you can save the training cost.
Packing and Delivery:
Packaging Details: 1kg/spool; 5kg/spool; 15kg/spool; 20kg/spool.
15kg per D270mm black or white plastic spool, D300mm black plastic spool, K300 metal basket with core
or without inner core, then 84 or 72spools per pallet.
Delivery for a 20 container (about 24tons), within 15days are enough for producing and delivery
(Layer wound, vacuum bag, put in a box, 72boxes/pallet/1080kg)
